You may return any products for refund that you are not satisfied with your purchase from SENYX within 14 days.

Please request Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) by email.

We do not accept returns without RMA#.

There's 15% restocking fee for each return, and shipping charges will not be refunded back.  Customer is responsible for shipping and other charges to get the item to us for refund and exchanging.  Shipping charges may be refunded and restocking fee may be waived, if the return is due to an error by SENYX.

All returned merchandise must be in original factory condition, including all packaging materials. SENYX will charge you for missing or damaged item returns.

All refunds will be issued to the original method of payment through Amazon.
